Wonderful stay!
close metro station daily cleaning unexpected upgrade quiet environment
The metro station was very close, offering easy access to central attractions. My room was cleaned daily, and I received fresh towels whenever needed. Upon arrival, I got a room upgrade. It was larger than expected. The hotel is on a quiet side road. It provided a super calm place.
The room was a little smaller than I anticipated. this is often the case in european cities.

Clean, Quiet, and Convenient
great location nice design helpful staff
I found the hotel to be in a great location close to the metro station. It made getting around quite easy. The room was clean with a nice design. I especially liked the friendly and helpful reception staff. I slept well because the hotel is on a quiet street.
The breakfast was not restocked regularly enough. I often had to ask for eggs, juice, and glasses individually, a bit annoying. I also found one of the late afternoon receptionists to be quite unpleasant.

The breakfast area is in the basement, with a limited selection. Items like eggs and juice required frequent requests as they were not always readily available. This affected the convenience.

excellent shower free coffee close metro
The room was lovely! I got a Double or Twin Room Under the Eaves. Everything felt modern. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The bathroom was super clean. The shower's water pressure was excellent. Plus, the lobby offered free tea, coffee, and chilled water! I really enjoyed this nice bonus. The location is great. The metro is super close. This made getting around the city so easy. There are also awesome bakeries nearby. I had some delicious treats. I loved the fresh pastries for breakfast.
I did notice a small stain on one of the towels, but that was about it.

I appreciated the excellent location near the metro station. A short walk brought me to lovely cafés and boulangeries. The staff were very helpful and communicated well in English..
The room I had was quite small. There was also no hair conditioner provided. I also had some trouble with noise. The elevator was creaking loudly during operation..

the metro was very close making travel easy. staff were helpful and quick to respond to requests.
the room was small it barely fit two twin beds. i had a view of a dirty wall from a small window.
