central location helpful staff generous checkout quiet street basic facilities tea facility room representation

the location was great. the hotel was in the center, but the street was still fairly quiet. the hotel staff was really kind and helpful. checkout time at 12:00 was very generous.

very basic facilities were available. there was no tea and coffee making, or glasses to have a drink. i also noticed no waste bin. the pictures did not seem like a true representation of the rooms.

The staff was helpful enough.

The breakfast was underwhelming. It seemed like a carb-loading session with limited options. the noise from other guests was a bit much. Sounded like a party occurring right outside my door at times, which wasn't exactly conducive to sleep.

mixed feelings about the stay

early morning noise delayed parking information

I was really frustrated with the lack of soundproofing. doors slammed constantly starting at 7 am. it felt more like a chaotic summer camp. i also had trouble getting information about the parking. I sent messages but had to call just before arrival. it was too late to get the best price.
