i stayed in a superior room with a balcony. it was spotlessly clean. towels were changed every other day. i liked the padded sunbeds and the amount available (i always managed to get one). the clearly marked smoking and vaping areas were helpful.
the bed was a bit uncomfortable.

the bar service was really good with all staff working hard. estefania was jolly and friendly, and a credit to the hotel. the staff kept the hotel super clean, continually cleaning.

i stayed all inclusive, and the food was very good (especially the variety!). the dining room was chaotic at times. most people were polite and respectful in the restaurant.

Excellent Hotel Experience!

I found large, clean bedrooms and plenty of sunbeds available. Free use of the spa was a definite plus. The hotel has good facilities for kids. I saw a nice play area and pools. The snack bar offered great food. The burgers were fantastic!!!
I found that the check-in and check-out staff did not ask if I enjoyed my stay.

The room included a large balcony and it was very practical. Live music occurred every evening offering good opportunities to dance on the large dance floor.
The room was quite noisy I could hear sounds from adjacent rooms.
