uncomfortable sofa bed unhelpful staff

I was quite disappointed with the room. the sofa bed was impossible to sleep on. It seemed like sleeping directly on the floor. my wife and i ended up having to sleep on the floor, not what i expected, especially after paying for the room. the hotel staff mentioned they couldn't do anything to help, disheartening.

central location modern design nearby restaurants

the location is super central, only a short walk to alexanderplatz station. my single room had a modern design and was very quiet. i found many restaurants and cafés very close to the hotel.

The lift moved a bit slowly. But it was functional.

the location is fantastic! i found alexanderplatz and the tv tower so close by. public transport was super convenient. the room was clean and comfy, just what i needed after a long day.

The location was really good. Everything was SO accessible. The staff were helpful. They quickly addressed my room request. The cleanliness was notable. The rooms were well kept.

the location provided easy access to public transport options. i was close to the tv tower and the alexanderplatz area. it was a short walk to my flixbus stop for my next trip. the room was very clean, and the bed provided good comfort.

the room lacked essential amenities. i noticed the absence of a safe. it is important for securing valuables. the bed frames also shifted easily. the mattresses moved on top of them.
