I found the staff very helpful. They quickly addressed all my questions. the cleanliness was maintained at a high standard throughout my stay. i especially liked the convenient parking space available , a notable asset.
i noticed the hairdryer lacked a convenient plug-in spot, it was a bit inconvenient.

The staff was helpful! they stored my luggage both before, and after i checked out. also the location is near a rewe supermarket. It was very handy to get groceries! the hotel is also not far from transport links to the city center.
there weren't enough shelves or hooks, and ventilation is poor. more importantly, the shower tray leaks, there was a puddle behind it after i took a shower.
