I appreciated the ability to store my luggage safely before check-in and after check-out. It was very convenient. The staff was helpful, and the room included a fan and a heater. The basement hallway had cozy spots for enjoying complimentary tea and coffee, a nice touch. The soft lighting in the room, achieved by lights pointed at the ceiling, was a delight (i slept very well!).
The colour on the lock blinking inside the door created a slight light in the darkness.

I liked the safe luggage storage before check-in and after check-out. It really helped my trip! The staff was accomodating. The room provided a fan and a heater. The lights pointed to the ceiling created soft light. I also slept well in complete darkness, with only the lock light blinking.
The WiFi didn't work well. Being in the basement, I had little cell service.

The location was superb. It was near many attractions. Staff allowed me to keep my luggage before check-in. The room had tea and coffee making facilities (a very welcome touch!).
Soundproofing could be improved. Noise from neighboring rooms was audible.

I appreciated the friendly staff . they allowed early luggage storage. i also found the basement hallway sitting spots quite cozy. Tea and coffee were available.
The room wasn't very clean. i noticed dust on the shelf, and the hotel binder was also dusty. there were silverfish in the bathroom. This was unpleasant. the sound of the bathroom toilet pipes occurred frequently and continued late into the night.
