the staff members were friendly. they were also helpful with directions. the hotel provided a good breakfast with different choices (especially the pastries!).

The hotel's location is excellent near the subway station. The room included an outside seating area. It was nice to have a spot to relax outdoors.
My room lacked shelves in both the bedroom and bathroom. I found it difficult to store personal items and toiletries.

I was quite frustrated with my room. the armchair was noticeably dirty. I didn't even want to sit on it. there were also no basic amenities provided. i expected at least a kettle or an iron.

i found the staff very friendly and helpful. the breakfast offered many options and was open until 11 am on weekends! i appreciated the extra blanket provided promptly by the reception staff. the bar and dining area had a stylish vibe.
i noticed a lack of storage space in the room! there were no shelves in the room or bathroom, this made organizing personal items difficult.
