The location is great. I found the train station a short walk away. The apartment had everything I needed for my visit, including a clean space. Instructions for entering the apartment were clear.. contactless check-in and check-out worked well for me.
I noticed the door latch didn't work properly in my room. I contacted customer service to get it resolved. Though staff replies were quick, the door latch problem was bothersome.

The train station was very close to the apartment. I also liked the underfloor heating in the bathroom. It was fantastic.

I barely heard any noise with the windows closed.

My studio apartment was bigger than i thinked. the train station access is so close, just a small walk. i really appreciated the fridge and the little cooker. I did simple meals easily. wifi never gives me trouble, always strong.
The soap feels a little watered down. I think it is what it is, not a huge thing.

The apartment included a washing machine and a dryer free of charge. i found the option to book the machines super convenient. my room was quite spacious. i appreciated the storage options for all my luggage.
The air conditioning in the room did not work as expected. i requested help, but i was told to just open the windows. i found this solution difficult. the windows had locks, and there was no key available.

The bathroom fan did not work. cleaning was superficial. We even found a piece of glass under the bed. the mattress was very thin and uncomfortable. Two bed legs were bent and needed fixing. bedside tables were practically nonexistent. One was wobbly and detached from the wall.
