relaxing garden helpful staff garden view
the gardens were a definite highlight. i could relax there after a long day exploring. the staff was helpful with directions. the room included a balcony facing the garden, so i could enjoy the view.
The walls seemed quite thin. I could hear noises from neighboring rooms.

the location was really great. it was close to many places for sightseeing with options for shops, restaurants and attractions. the hotel garden was a beauty. i really enjoyed the sunset there.
the breakfast was pretty basic. it seemed simple and the same every day. the floors creaked a lot so noise was an issue. i could hear all sorts of sounds from outside, even with the windows closed.

Charming Stay in the City Center

I found the staff to be AMAZING!!! Liliana welcomed me with an early check-in process. The room felt very big. This was a great start to my stay. The location proved to be convenient and easily accessible from the airport metro. The long garden at the back of the hotel was unexpected and rather nice.
The walls in the hotel are thin. I could hear some noise from neighboring rooms.

The receptionist was very helpful. She provided ample information about the surrounding area. Staff members were wonderful, and they were fluent in several languages. Their assistance significantly enhanced my visit.
