The staff was genuinely kind and helpful. the breakfast had good quality food. the air conditioning in my new room worked fantastically. It was a welcome relief.

The hotel boasts easy access to a central location. It is next to everything i needed. the immediate neighborhood looked beautiful. the hotel is also very close to the train station for easy transportation.

The wifi was strong. I had no issues with connectivity . i was able to quickly connect and perform all my tasks without interruptions. the bougainvillea at the entrance added a nice touch.

the location is great, it is a very short walk to everywhere in town. my room was nice, the bed was good and it was quiet, even though it is near many bars.
the hotel had only just reopened when i arrived and it took three days for the hot water to warm up! only one hot shower on the last of four nights

the hotel offers a cafeteria with a team that seems amazing, always smiling and with a great attitude. breakfast was of very good quality. i believe the full english breakfast costs €10. coffee €2 and a small glass of orange juice €3.

The air conditioning barely worked. I could not adjust it below 19 degrees. it barely cooled the room at all. the noise from the neighboring balcony was constant until 4am. People were smoking weed all night! the shared balcony was only separated by a mesh screen which did not offer much privacy. it was not a good experience!
