I found the staff friendly and helpful. They provided prompt assistance with all my requests. the room was clean, comfortable, and well-kept during my entire stay. i was happy with the breakfast. It offered a good variety of options. the hotel's location provided easy access to nearby attractions and transportation.
The walls seemed a bit thin. I could sometimes hear noise from adjacent rooms.

My room included a television with many channels and air conditioning, which worked perfectly. i also had access to a balcony. It gave me enjoyable outdoor space to sit and relax, especially in the evenings.

The hotel had a nice outdoor pool area with plenty of sun loungers. breakfast service was efficient and the selection was regularly refreshed. the front desk offered luggage storage. This allowed me to explore before my departure.

I appreciated this hotel much. It is located conveniently near the beach, restaurants, local bars, and transport. The decor was nice, and had Spanish style. Breakfast was very tasty, and the staff were really good. They were attentive. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They really go above and beyond to.
I found the room that I stayed in outdated. the bed was uncomfortable. I could clearly hear the neighbor's loud TV sound. To close the door with the card, it felt very inconvenient.

The staff was helpful. very friendly. The reception staff assisted with directions. The bar staff were quick with drink orders and always very polite to me. I felt happy.

The hotel is near an Aldi store, about a 2-minute walk away. There are bus stops located nearby too. I felt very well connected. The waterfront is just down the street, which adds convenience.

I was so happy with my stay. My room was super clean. Breakfast had a good choice of foods, and I found something to enjoy each morning. The hotel gave me bus timetables. This helped me get around.
The television remote control did not have batteries.

Raquel was great and very professional. All staff was kind to me. I found parking easily in the nearby areas. The breakfast was good. The room was clean.
The door was difficult to close with the key card.

The staff provided very good customer service. They checked us early and got me breakfast after my long flight. Natalia and Darios had always a cheerful smile with all guest requests. I am grateful that I could still relax and shower at the hotel even after check out. They provide a magnificent services.
The room given was not the room I booked and there was smell of ammonia. I was not able to leave the window open since the room was at ground floor.

My room included a balcony, it does makes a difference. The rooms are spacious and cleaned regularly. I found the bed very comfortable for sleep.

The hotel prepared the buffet early for us since we had to leave at 6:00 am. It was a very thoughtful detail on their part. I liked the breakfast.
