the reception staff offered helpful service upon my arrival. they provided useful recommendations for local attractions.
the room i occupied seemed dated and lacked space for luggage storage. the bathroom was quite small, and this impacted my overall comfort . i expected more room.

the location is great. it's close to the city center. the staff was friendly. i really liked how helpful they were.
the room i got was pretty small. there wasn't a lot of space for my luggage. also, the hotel was noisy. i think it was because of the street traffic.

the staff was super friendly, really kind and helpful.
the hotel provided wifi service, and it locked us out of any other wifi capability. i think we now have to pay to have their software removed from three devices.
