the staff aided in returning a speaker i forgot. the location was undeniably central, i thought. the breakfast felt meaningful, and it was served with such gladness.
no one offered to carry my bags up the narrow stairs. It was a struggle. the bathroom felt very small to me

The location was superb. It was right next to the iconic Palais de l'Isle. The room was very very comfy and tidy on two levels. Staff were really friendly, I appreciate that.
The corridors need some updating.
