Some issues
small breakfast area
my room had no closet (i found this odd), no toiletries like cotton pads, and no coffee or tea making facilities. The breakfast area was too small for the number of guests. It was difficult to move around and there were long queues.

fantastic stay!

gemma welcomed me so warmly. she gave me tips about the city like beaches and local food. she even printed bus timetables! welcome drinks were offered, so i tried the hotel restaurant, and it was amazing. the food tasted delicious and marylou made my dinner special.
the room was a bit dark with no main lights, not a problem. the shower leaked a bit, i should have reported it. there was too much furniture when you walk in, but plenty of space closer to the window, quite odd.

the hotel is near the train station, very convenient for travel. it makes access to public transportation easy. the area has enough space for luggage and it's near the rental car area.

i got a modern, clean queen room. it was decent in size and had a good layout. the curtains properly block out light, great for sleeping. there was enough space for luggage.

the breakfast had many options. everything i could want was available. i was so happy they offered smoked salmon. the cocktails were some of the best i have ever tasted.

The staff were friendly enough. The location is fairly close to the train station.
The room felt cramped (honestly a bit claustrophobic). The air conditioning barely worked, made sleeping difficult, especially at night. The noise from outside was also disturbing. It sounded like traffic all night.
