the staff were friendly. they were so easy to talk to and helpful. the personal touch. we also got free coffees at the hotel pub. it's conveniently located near a bus station, made getting to the city center easy.
the shower head sprinkled water in every direction, so i had to hold it during use. this made showering a bit inconvenient.

the room was large with new decor and very nice cleanliness i found the staff friendly and helpful especially with directions i appreciated the supermarket next door it was convenient for snacks the metro station provided quick access to the airport
the building is old and noise carries easily through the hallways this might disturb some guests if they are sensitive to sound

The location was quite good for what I needed (easy access to public transport).
The lack of a proper mattress was disappointing. It was just a thin topper on a hard base. Quite uncomfortable. This affected the overall quality of sleep significantly.

The staff was really cute and helpful! the location is great. I could easily access the metro. the beds were comfortable after a long day. I slept well each night.
The card keys felt a bit old with numbers written on them. It was a minor inconvenience.

The staff offers super service. They even gave me complimentary beer. tony and the other employees helped to, it was very cute. the manager was a nice guy.
