the staff were friendly and helpful enough I guess
the room felt quite small and cramped it lacked space for luggage the bed was not very comfortable either the noise insulation was poor i could hear everything happening in the hallway and adjacent rooms this made it hard to relax

The staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast had many fresh options. The room was very clean and well kept. The bed included a soft mattress. It made relaxing easy and helped me sleep well..
The soundproofing could be improved. I could hear neighbors' conversations, bathroom use, and their television. This made for some noise issues during the night.

I was so thankful for my room! it was very clean and well maintained. i also appreciated the good, varied breakfast. It was included. this made my mornings easy.
the doors were quite thin, i could hear everything from nearby rooms and the corridor. it was as if the noise was inside my room, unfortunately.

the hotel has a superb location, it is close to the sants station. i found easy access by taxi, and it was convenient for walking. there are many choices for lunch and dinner nearby too.

breakfast is included, i found this to be rare for the price. the staff members were helpful and very friendly. the front desk operates 24/7, made late check-in smooth.
