excellent experience
clean design helpful staff coffee vending machine
the hotel was clean and well-designed. the staff were helpful. i could grab coffee from the vending machine anytime (this was really nice).
The room needed more lighting. It felt too dark, even in the bathroom.

great location excellent service clean room
The location was great. I found nearby restaurants and shops easily accessible. the reception service was excellent, i appreciated the assistance i received. the room i stayed in was very clean and i found it had everything i needed.
The air conditioning was not working properly. The room was cold requiring a radiator for heat.

The front desk staff offered helpful local recommendations. The hotel location provided easy access to public transport. A supermarket was next door, this proved very convenient.
The room needed more lighting, it was quite dark even in the bathroom. The shower stall design allowed water to spread all over the floor. The towels looked somewhat dingy.
