the hotel gives customers soap and shower gel, yes! the towels felt so fluffy, so great. i also got lots of hot water, a very good size room, and a window i opened for fresh air.

the staff were cute and accommodating i found the location to be quite convenient it was close to several shops the room had clean towels and bedding i thought that was really good
the noise levels were high late at night people were slamming doors i heard loud talking the curtains had some questionable stains i didn't really like that there were hairs in the bed it concerned me

the staff checked on us regularly i found that quite nice the central location made it easy to get around and the friendly chats with the staff were always welcome it was like they cared. our family room accommodated all five of us comfortably everything i needed was right there in the room so it was great.
the room cleaning could have been better

i saw a good selection of drinks at the bar this included both alcoholic and non-alcoholic choices the prices at the bar were comparable to those at a local hotel it makes it convenient for a quick drink.

the hotel featured a pool table in the family room this provided a fun option for both adults and children there was also free parking available outside the hotel if you were lucky enough to get a spot.

the beautiful family room had everything needed for a comfortable stay the room had sufficient space for five people i noticed the furniture was well-kept and functional there were no issues with space.

the new managers showed great enthusiasm and dedication i observed that they were very proactive and focused on improving the hotel i believe they are making positive changes to resolve maintenance issues.

the staff were very helpful . the room was clean and warm, spacious enough for my family. i found the bed comfortable.
the shower did not work, and the toilet took several minutes to fill.

unclean roomfluctuating shower
i found several issues needing attention the room was quite unclean with visible dust under the bed. also the shower temperature fluctuated a lot it went from hot to cold without warning making it difficult to shower comfortably.

i found the staff friendly and always ready to help. they chatted with my children, which i thought was nice. i also noticed the kids enjoyed the games room (it kept them entertained).
The parking outside was a little difficult. It seemed a bit random.

the main areas, like the pool room and bar, are reasonably decorated and clean. the rooms could use some updating, but they suited our needs. the beds were lovely and comfy, and the room was nice and clean.

the hotel is right next to everything you need. the distance to the amenities is great, it's the best bit. plenty of car parks are available if you are willing to pay.
