the staff at the reception were friendly. the bus stop is near with a few minutes walking distance if you want to take the bus to the city center.

i didn't like that the air conditioning didn't work properly. technically, it was on, but it wasn't cooling. windows only tilted open. the temperature during the night rose and i woke up sweaty.

The room felt very small for a double room sofa bed. i expected more space. the breakfast buffet was very crowded. It was hard to find a seat, and the wait for plates was too long. we ended up eating cereal with lukewarm milk.

i liked that the room was very clean. Housekeeping replaced all wet towels everyday, great. the tv was actually working and had a big range of channels. i am also very grateful they kept my ipad in their safe after i left it.

the size of the room was not suitable for four guests. the room seemed like a double room with a sofa bed, not ideal for longer stays. i expected a bigger room for that price and number of guests.

mcdonalds is close to the hotel. public transport is just meters away and lidl is also near the location. it is very convenient for accessing various amenities and transportation options.

the staff were very helpful and friendly to all the guests. front desk officials are well prepared. the staff communicated effectively with foreigners using fluent english, so there was not any problem.

this hotel has a parking garage, but it is a bit narrow. it includes modern facilities with a parking garage. the hotel is very spacious and warm, therefore i felt good and safe there.
