the room was clean. the free shuttle to the airport was punctual (departing every 30 minutes). i found the staff friendly and helpful during check-in. the breakfast buffet had a decent selection of both western and asian options.

i noticed the soundproofing wasn't ideal. there was noticeable noise from the nearby airport, disruptive at times. earplugs would be a good idea for light sleepers.
