acceptable location friendly staff dirty linen extra coffee
the location was acceptable for my needs.
i found the attitude of reception staff unacceptable when i complained about dirty linen left on the windowsill. they expected me to pay for extra coffee pods. there were only four free in the room and no milk pods. the receptionist said the dirty linen was not her problem. this felt dismissive and unhelpful.

I found the room quite small. The window barely opened, restricting fresh air. the breakfast staff began clearing food away well before the stated closing time.

convenient location easy access safe storage comprehensive selection
the location proved very convenient, with access to designer shops and the waterfront (a pleasant 25-minute walk!). we could store our luggage safely upon early arrival. the staff then delivered it to our room later. our rooms were adequately sized. the breakfast offered a comprehensive selection catering to various tastes.
i requested a double bed, but the room instead had two single beds.

the staff was friendly and helpful. the location was good for public transport. breakfast offered a good choice of items.
the room was small and it was stuffy. i couldnt adjust the temperature because it was central controlled. opening suitcases was difficult because space was limited.
