The room was stylish and a very good size with an amazing design. I enjoyed the included breakfast, finding it delicious. The reception service was really good. Parking is available, costing 50GBP without the code but only 15GBP with the hotel discount.
The hotel is a little far from the city centre. A bus ride may be necessary if walking is not preferred.

Check in to checkout was seamless. The team has this right. I have stopped in many ihg hotels and this was one of the best. The staff were always professional and very kind. Constant supply of hot drinks in public area.. I found it most welcome if I did not fancy alcohol.
I found that the cleaner did not remove the rubbish or change our cups.

The hotel is located next to st james cemetery, offering a peace all around. The abbey is within a twenty-minute walking distance, with access to historical landmarks and other attractions in the surrounding area.

the breakfast was pretty underwhelming. i saw quite a queue for the single coffee machine, and they were running out of plates. parking also felt steep. i paid quite a bit from tuesday evening to friday and couldn't even get a vat invoice. i doubt i'll be back, even though i'm working in the area for a couple months.
