The location is excellent. It has easy access to train stations and several dining options nearby. i found a family mart very close, very convenient. the LG steam styler in the room was an excellent feature. It helped refresh my jacket. The tower and room amenities looked new and clean.
The room was a little small. It had minimal space for luggage.

The location offers convenient access to haneda airport and the subway system. It simplifies getting around. The proximity to the train stations is a significant advantage. many restaurants and bars are easily accessible from the hotel.

the hotel offers free lockers for early check-in and check-out, very useful. a microwave and washer-dryer are available in a separate room. i appreciate the cleanliness of the facility, though i found the robots at the reception a bit strange!

the room size was a real joke it was barely enough space to swing a cat, let alone open my suitcase i mean really. and the lack of real staff was also somewhat odd you are supposedly rating them but they don't exist except as robots. i guess i expected more than just automated everything, it felt a bit impersonal, if you know what i mean

the hotel was very clean and well maintained. i was able to leave my luggage before check-in, great. the location is only a short walk from the station. haneda airport is also easily accessible from this location.
the rooms are quite small, so space for luggage can be a bit limited. it's manageable, but something to be aware of if you have large suitcases.
