The staff were polite. Housekeeping worked very hard to keep everything clean. I appreciated the luggage storage service. The staff showed great patience. It made my travels much easier.
The room was undeniably small. It did present some challenges in terms of space. I think a slightly larger room would greatly enhance the comfort.

I found the location quite convenient, as it was near multiple stations. The room provided plenty of towels, toiletries, and linen. I appreciated the quiet location. The television had clear information about the hotel services.
I noticed the centrally controlled heating system made the room too hot at times. Adjusting the temperature was not possible and that affected my comfort level.

location was convenient, three metro lines where around ten minutes walking distance. the hotel provided everything i needed. the staff could arrange luggage transport with yamato transport if you asked.
my room it was far too small. space allocation seemed poor. the bathroom was like a capsule i felt claustrophobic.

the maid who cleaned our room was AMAZING!!! she is courteous and respectful. she offered us clean towels and toiletries even when we did not ask for them. i really appreciated this level of attentiveness and care.
i booked with breakfast included, but i learned upon checking in that they don't actually have breakfast on-site. i instead received vouchers to use at a restaurant down the street before 9am. i preferred on-site dining for convenience.
