the location was great as three different stations are within walking distance. one station has a connection to haneda airport via the monorail. plenty food options exist nearby, also the area is quiet. i appreciated being able to leave my luggage prior to checking in.

The location proved convenient, nestled in a peaceful area near both the jr and monorail stations. This made using our jr pass wonderfully easy. i found the staff genuinely helpful. they gladly assisted with the pickup of a wheelchair by the rental company, displaying great cooperation.
The room was a little small. With two large suitcases, space was tight, but this did not significantly detract from my overall experience.

Breakfast offered tasty choices. I was especially pleased with the variety. certain popular items, like the pastries, disappeared quickly, indicating their desirability and freshness. I loved the smoothies!!!

the hotel enjoys a comfortable position very close to a metro station. zojoji temple and the tokyo tower are each about 15 minutes away by foot. the neighborhood around the hotel feels quiet and i discovered a lot of good food nearby.

The staff was very friendly (they always had a smile!). The location was convenient, near metro stations. The lobby had amenities like face wash available. Breakfast offered a good selection of choices.
The corridors were quite cold, as the floors are not fully enclosed. My room was very small. It was difficult to open suitcases. There was not much storage to unpack things.

i found the location central for everything. the train lines are super easy to navigate. the hotel staff are very helpful and kind . the hotel is also very close to many shops and restaurants!
The room was a little small. Opening my luggage on the bed was necessary, but i didn't mind much.

The location was convenient. It was close to daimon station and also near hamamatsucho station. the staff were helpful, always ready to assist with directions and information i needed. these details made my exploration much easier. a bonus was the availability of complimentary amenities such as pajamas.
the room size was smaller than expected. i found it difficult to fully open my suitcase on the floor because there was limited space. additional space would improve comfort.

the hotel provides two coin-operated washer and dryer units for guest use, a nice convenience for longer stays when laundry needs arise, especially when trying to pack light. there is also an ice machine available.
