The room was very large with every amenity I needed. I safe area because I could easily adjust the heating and open windows. There was lots of space and easy access to public transport and night buses. The place was very clean , too.
The pillows were rock hard.

The room had hangers for clothes. This helped me keep my things organised, and the electric kettle let me make tea whenever i wanted. it was nice to have tea cups available too. These small touches was like a sweet invitation, and the location was near a bus stop. it was only about three minutes away!
The pillows felt quite hard! i wish they were softer. And there wasn't hot water . it made taking showers difficult!

the room was spacious! i appreciated the iron, hangers, hairdryer, electric kettle, tea cups and beverages available. the location impressed me, it was quiet. a very nice neighborhood with shops only an eight minute walk away.
the shared bathroom was not cleaned to the best standards. it would be better if it was cleaned more often. it's the only negative thing about my stay.

The room was large with everything I needed. I felt okay all time and secure there. It was easy to adjust the heating and open windows. Access to public transport and night buses was easy.
I asked for more milk in my room. The welcome sheet stated this was possible. Management said it was not a complimentary drink, but they did bring milk later.

the room was spacious. it also had a fridge, very usefull. the bed was super comfortable. the customer service was EXCELLENT, they were very accommodating.
the pillows are too big and hard. i cannot use them. there is only one shared bathroom for three bedrooms. some guests did not clean the bathroom after using it, so i had to report it to the host.
