My room smelled strongly. The shower curtain also seemed unclean. Two receptionists seemed not up to the mark.

everyone was very friendly. the shower was hot and the beds were comfy. if you are looking for somewhere to get your head down and have plenty of shops and cafes to wake up to then this is your spot!!!

The location was pretty good (near shops and cafes). The room was clean and tidy, a plus. I found the staff helpful when I needed assistance. I also appreciated that the room included a TV that worked well.
The room was quite small. I noticed some wear and tear throughout the room, like damaged skirting boards. The external appearance of the building was rundown. This first impression wasn't great.

i found the location great. mornings have a bustling atmosphere with the nearby market. i found it quite charming. after the market close, the area became calm, very quiet. i like that entire staff are young men, dedicated to they job.
the rooms and en-suite bathroom are small, and you have to stand over the toilet to shower.

the room includes two bedside tables and a small wardrobe. the bed have clean, white linen. i like the sky tv access. the room includes a fridge, also useful.

the hotel provides 24/7 reception. this is a plus for late arrivals. the front door use a locked buzzer system. the hotel include a camera system, very secure.

the personnel are very kind, also helpful. i saw immediate help with my requests. the check-in are quick. i was allow to check in early, a great convenience.

the location are on a main, busy street. i saw cafe's and shops in proximity. there is a costa coffee also close. the victoria park are around a 15 minute walk.
