the location is definitely a plus near transport options i found the house easy to access it had a pleasant feel to it also the garden at the back of the hotel was a nice surprise for a central area i appreciate the extra pillows provided upon request
i did notice the smart tv in my room lacked internet service this limited its functionality i could not access streaming services and relied on local channels the tv aerial seemed inadequate

I found the check-in process to be quick. Our room was in top shape. The host provided great help. I really liked that the location is near essential amenities. It is close to the underground, shops, and restaurants.
The shared kitchen did not have some essential items. There were no tea towels or a coffee machine. A deep clean of common areas would greatly improve the experience.

I felt welcomed in this place. the kitchens downstairs seemed pretty spacious. i saw two foxes outside at night. That was special. the location felt both peaceful and safe.
my room lacked some promised amenities. there wasn't adequate ventilation in one bathroom, and i saw black mold. this needs attention for better hygiene.

The room was spacious and included a TV. Cleanliness was maintained well throughout the room. I appreciated the available facilities, including two kitchens for guest use. Two laundry machines and a dining area added to the convenience.
The bed in my room did not feel flat , and it caused some discomfort .

i liked that my room was very spacious and had a tv inside. the facilities are good, they have two kitchens, two laundry machines and a dining area. the location is great, it IS a nice, safe residential area, a short walk from lleyton station.
daily room cleaning was not available. we only got one towel per person for my stay.
