i enjoyed a warm welcome at the hotel. the room was indeed comfortable and clean. i had a pleasant evening drink at the bar. the breakfast was great (especially the sausages!).
it could barely fit two people with their bags.

the hotel provides tv with free streaming channels, a genuine first for me. there is a cozy bar area with lots of natural light. the hotel also has a pool table available .

the location is superb with sea views from many rooms. it is only a two-minute walk to the beach. fisherman's walk is nearby.

the location was pretty good, a short walk to the beach, i suppose.
The tables really needed a scrub. I spotted crumbs on the table at breakfast. sticky drink rings were also present, so we had to ask for the table to be cleaned. Not once, but twice. the bathroom light wasn't working either and what sounded like a herd of elephants stampeded above us bright and early.

The breakfast had a wide selection of continental options! including a full English. The staff was helpful, and the room had an amazing view. I found the steak perfectly cooked. Though it was a bit tough. The lamb shank was beautiful.
The fact that the parking across the street had a three-hour time limit was a small issue.
