Convenient Vatican Visit
great location helpful staff
The location was great for visiting Vatican City. I found several nice restaurants nearby, cheaper than the center. The staff were very helpful at reception. They assisted with a room issue quickly. Breakfast had a wide array of options. There was fresh fruit, yogurt, cakes, and eggs available.
The bathroom was not cleaned properly . I noticed the floors were not mopped. I also observed dust in hard-to-reach areas.

the staff were helpful and gave useful tips on getting around. i found the breakfast yummy with a decent selection of food. the location was excellent for visiting the vatican.
the walls in my room had some noticeable dirty marks. the bed was not very comfortable and felt a bit damaged. the bathroom needed more thorough cleaning.

i appreciated the very helpful reception. staff provided guidance regarding the area. breakfast was good, it was available on site. the cleaning service was daily and towel replacement occurred each day.

low pressure limited choice
i found the room needed some attention. the shower had very low water pressure, hard to rinse properly. also, the breakfast was quite simple and lacking in variety. i think they could improve the options available.
