The staff was friendly and helpful during check-in.
The room was not properly cleaned. The bathroom had visible mold. The air conditioning unit was visibly dirty with mold as well.

The staff were friendly and helpful. our room was clean and cozy. We particularly enjoyed the lovely balcony. we spent a good evening there, sipping italian wine and enjoying snacks.
the air conditioning temperature was fixed, and i could not adjust it to my preferred setting. this made the room uncomfortably warm at times. the night manager did not resolve the issue.

my room felt so very clean, modern, and comfy. it had everything i needed for a restful stay. the hotel has an atmosphere really romantic, like a dream. the staff were so attentive, always ready to help with a smile.
the shower cabin was a tiny cramped. it was not a major problem, but noteworthy.

I had a standard double or twin room, and it felt spacious. Breakfast was very good, and the staff was nice. The location was convenient, close to transportation. I liked the cute decorations.
The walls looks slightly dirty, needing new paint. It's a very minor issue.
