spacious room friendly service ample options convenient access
i stayed in a superior double room and appreciated the spaciousness. the staff provided prompt, friendly service at check-in and check-out. the breakfast buffet offered plenty of options each morning. the hotel's location offered convenient access to many landmarks.
the public transport options are a 10 to 15-minute walk because this hotel is located in a somewhat hilly area.

the staff at the reception were attentive and helpful with questions. the bartender was also very obliging. staff responded quickly when i requested assistance with a room issue and fixed it right away.

lovely gardens excellent diversity honeycomb section peaceful place
the hotel included lovely gardens. i also appreciated the common areas as it provided a nice space to relax. breakfast had constant refill on food and fruits, i found it excellent. the honeycomb section stood out to me! the place felt both peaceful and cute, i enjoyed it a lot.
The bathroom door wouldn't close properly. It was hanging off its hinges. this detail should have been addressed before i checked in.

The balcony offered a nice landscape. my room was spacious and clean. breakfast had great variety. the hotel had a parking on site, that's very practical. I did appreciate this a lot.
Some noise did travel through the walls. This was a little distracting.

helpful receptionist numerous options convenient taxi excellent management
One receptionist ensured my family had accommodation before her shift ended. I found several eating options just a short walk away, despite the location being somewhat hidden. I appreciated the taxi to the train station that was arranged upon checkout.
The doors were very noisy when opened or closed, I heard sounds from other rooms.
