unadjustable heating separate spa

I found a couple of issues . The heating in the room wasn't adjustable, difficult to get the temperature just right. The spa was in a separate building (I mean. REALLY?), so you needed to walk outside to get there (in your swimsuit, I guess?).

The staff was very nice throughout the hotel. I found the room functional (it was just what I needed).

The wellness area access was complicated, I was not able to register on the same day. The spa is in a separate building (next door), I noticed bathrobes are only available for purchase.

awesome stay!

spacious room comfortable beds fast wifi reasonable prices

i liked my room. it was very spacious. the beds felt comfortable to sleep in. the wifi was really fast, even when the hotel seemed full. i had a very good experience in that hotel. the restaurant served food was fantastic and a great value. drinks had reasonable prices, cheaper than other bars.

the shower wasn't particularly powerful. it took a long time for the water to heat up. it still did the job, though.

the rooms were very spacious, it was great. the beds were comfortable. it made resting easier. the wifi was fast. i could easily check email and browse. it was nice.

The staff responded quickly when i requested extra pillows. I felt well supported. the team seemed helpful and cared about my needs. it really made things easy and smooth.

spacious room water machine misleading information parking confirmation

The room was spacious and had a balcony. I enjoyed having coffee there each morning! The hotel also had a water machine on each floor. It had still and sparkling water available 24/7.

The hotel does not have a pool! You have to walk outside to get to a spa next door, and I found that misleading. I also booked a parking spot in advance, but I did not receive any confirmation from the hotel.
