convenient location helpful staff fresh fruit
i found the location excellent near the ferry terminal i needed. the staff were helpful with directions i required. breakfast was satisfactory and included fresh fruit i enjoyed. the room cleaning was daily and effective.
i thought the bathroom was slightly small for a double room.

decent location. some noise issues
accessible location rooftop terrace high noise no water
the location proved QUITE accessible. it was easy to reach various attractions. the rooftop terrace provided amazing views. the staff was polite. the breakfast included fresh juices.
the noise level was a problem. i could hear noise from both inside and outside the hotel. the hotel provided cups but no water was available.

Charming Stay with AMAZING Harbour Views
excellent location panoramic view friendly staff
I was charmed by the hotel's excellent location. It offered easy access to local attractions and transport. The rooftop terrace was a highlight. It provided panoramic views. The staff were friendly and very helpful .
The soundproofing could be improved. I occasionally heard noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway. This was a minor issue.
