the room was nicely appointed and spacious. i had plenty of hot water. my room had a balcony looking over the harbor, i found it charming. it was close to everything.
google maps gave the wrong reference. the hotel was difficult to find, this was annoying. i booked a room with a terrace and it didn't exist. the code to get in was incorrect when i returned one evening.

The room had a traditional balcony and a harbor view. i found a freestanding bath in the bedroom with plenty of hot water to fill it. the ensuite bathroom was immaculate and had a walk in shower. It was very practical. the manager greeted me upon arrival. I appreciated that personal touch.
the google maps reference was incorrect and made the hotel hard to locate. i wish the directions were more precise. it caused some unnecessary stress at the beginning of my stay.

Communication from the host was excellent. They were quickly responsive. i found great benefit in their immediate support. they provided useful information and assistance. That added value to my visit.

The building stands a street away from the grand harbour in a historic area. it is conveniently close to many local cafes. the area seemed very safe. I felt comfortable walking at night.

the location was perfect. i really appreciated the early check-in, it made my arrival smooth. the apartment's location was convenient for exploring (i loved walking around!). the thoughtful touches throughout the space definitely showed a commitment to quality.

I found the location convenient. It was very central. The room was spacious and quiet. I appreciated easy contact with staff, though I didn't meet them in person. The room included complimentary drinks, a great bonus.
The room had a street view. Rooms with a sea view would have been preferable.
