excellent location and friendly staff
excellent location really good view helpful staff
The hotel is in a perfect spot near the upper barrakka gardens. The views are really good. i found the staff very helpful, and they assisted with travel. breakfast had plenty of choices and refills, and the staff cleaned the room and changed towels daily. No request was too much.

The hotel had a coffee shop that offered delicious coffee and sandwiches. It was convenient. breakfast took place on the top floor terrace, so it provided great views, and the continental breakfast was satisfying.

the location was excellent and gave easy access to all facilities! the hotel is very close to the bus station and port, and it's in walking distance of attractions, but the area is quiet.

The breakfast buffet included various food choices, and everything tasted fresh. i especially enjoyed having breakfast with the wonderful views on the fifth floor. The hot chocolate tasted especially good.

perfect location helpful staff really good view
I found the location to be perfect for exploring. The staff were always happy to see me and assist with any request. I needed help traveling outside the area at 6 a.m., and the night receptionist was helpful. Breakfast included a lot of food, with regular restocking. The view was really good!
The safe was jammed open upon my arrival. This should have been picked up before check in. I was expecting it to be ready for use right away.

The breakfast offered many food choices and the food was fresh. I found the experience of having breakfast on the fifth floor with a great view very enjoyable. The rooftop terrace provides a fantastic start to the day.

The staff members are cute and ready to assist. They try to resolve any small issue right away. I found the staff helpful and friendly . Their positive attitude greatly enhanced my experience.

terrific location and breakfast view
air conditioned room convenient gallery rooftop restaurant
I enjoyed the air conditioned room, a welcome relief from the outside heat. i also liked the small gallery in the room. It allowed me to sit at my table. i could watch the street while staying cool. breakfast on the rooftop restaurant was great too.

the location is very convenient, situated right next to the gardens and the lift down to the marina. i found it particularly easy to access museums, barracks, the center, and the bus station from here (very helpful for getting around!).

my room on the third floor faced the square and offered a nice view of the grand harbour. the room felt spacious. it provided adequate space for luggage and movement (certainly a plus!).

good choice spacious room clothing cupboard
the breakfast had a good choice of items. the room was spacious with plenty of clothing cupboards. i promptly received a kettle with tea and coffee when i requested it.
the electricity in my room was faulty, a replacement should have been offered right away.
