the staff was especially helpful , allowing us to store our luggage in a locked room upon our early arrival. reception staff checked us in ahead of schedule after preparing a room, and this occurred after we mentioned our sleeplessness.
soundproofing in the room was poor , and i could hear hallway noise. i heard everyone on the floor.

the hotel is approximately seven minutes by foot from glories metro station. it takes fifteen to twenty minutes to walk to sagrada família, and this is convenient for sightseeing.

the staff was polite and helpful. i appreciated their assistance with directions. information on nearby attractions, and they offered immediate help with requests. this made navigation simpler.

the hotel location was easy to access various transport. i found the reception people very collaborative. breakfast was clean and had variety. the baggage storage service was helpful when i needed it.
The room was little small. Moving to a side made the bed noise terrible.

the staff allowed us to store our luggage. they also assisted with getting a taxi for us, very useful. i also found the location to be central and quiet at the same time. it was near metro, tram and bus routes.
the room was really small. a very very slight negative fact, but noticeable.
