awesome locationplaza viewfriendly staff

the location was awesome. i was super close to the plaza pi and it was like a five minute walk to the metro. i stayed on the top floor and i got a balcony with a plaza view. the staff was friendly too, so thats a plus!

the air conditioning could have worked better. it stopped during the night a few times, but i could restart it okay.

The room they gave me was way too small. Trying to move around with luggage was hard. I noticed a strange smell coming from the bathroom drain. It made the whole room unpleasant.

the location was excellent. it was close to many restaurants and shops. the staff was really helpful (especially when i needed directions). they held my bags after checkout since my flight was later.

The sound insulation wasn't great. I could hear some noise from the hallway.
