The staff members were helpful. The room included a safe for valuables. I also found an available luggage locker after checkout, very convenient. I appreciated the daily towel replacement.
The air conditioning made a slight water flowing noise, a bit distracting at times.

The staff was helpful and very friendly. the cleaning staff did a great job tidying the room and replacing towels when service was requested. the location is fantastic, right in a perfect spot within the gothic quarter. We appreciated its proximity to many attractions.
I encountered street noise from my room. the insulation did not seem adequate. It was difficult to ignore the noise. this impacted my ability to relax fully in the evenings.

The location is just meters from la rambla and a metro station. many restaurants and bakeries are in close proximity. the hotel is centrally located near the liceu metro station on line 3. It is also a minute from la rambla.

i stayed in a triple room and it included a nice Terrace. i had a view on the church and placa del pi, it was pretty. The cleaning staff did a great job tidying my room and replacing towels when i needed service.

The location was really good. I found it very close to the ramblas and the liceu metro station. the front desk staff displayed a cute and helpful attitude! the presence of both air conditioning and a mini-fridge added greatly to my room's convenience and comfort.
the room was super small, almost like 2x2, and the bathroom seemed like 1x1.

Lisa gave me a lovely check-in. the room was basic but very clean. It had everything i needed. the location was very central, and that was a great bonus. i appreciated the proximity to key attractions (especially the metro, it was so easy to get around).
the street noise was significant in my room. the insulation did not adequately block out the sounds, and this sometimes disturbed my sleep. i think better soundproofing could really improve the stay .

I just stayed there. The room was clean! The location is excellent, close to everything. Staff are friendly and helpful, I find. There's a metro stop nearby, so moving around is easy.
The hot water took a very long time to get hot. It was a bit annoying.
