Basic but Good Value
cute manager camera monitored parking convenient location functional wifi
The manager was cute, and he resolved issues promptly. My room had free parking, monitored with cameras, a good feature. I found the location convenient for accessing transportation. The wi-fi worked very well throughout the building.
The shower pressure was not great. I struggled a little with it.

I noticed easy access to a supermarket and several restaurants. This made getting meals easy. There was a kitchen available for cooking.

The lodge is close to transport. Buses and the metro are nearby. I could easily get around. Victoria and central London are about 20 minutes away.

The reception operated 24 hours. The staff seemed polite and caring. They tried to assist me. One staff member demonstrated excellent service .

Excellent Value Close to Transport
helpful receptionist free upgrade friendly manager great value
The receptionists were indeed very helpful I even got a free upgrade. The manager was friendly and accommodating to all my needs. The location is very close to the railway station and that was useful. I found great value for the cost.
The pillows were a bit too firm for my liking.

Supermarkets are quite close to the premises. This is convenient for purchasing food and drinks. Many restaurants and shops are also within easy reach, with dining options. You can easily find something to eat nearby.

The staff members were polite and showed care for my needs which was appreciated. They were very helpful in addressing any questions I had. I experienced good service overall.

Free parking is available. The parking area is monitored by cameras which is good. Wi-Fi worked very well . It allowed me to stay connected. The room included a personal shower and toilet which was really clean.

24-hour reception perfect heating spacious shower hard pillows missing sheets broken tile
The reception was available 24 hours. I felt the heating worked perfectly. The shower was quite spacious. It was a pleasure.
The pillows felt very hard. I noticed the bedclothes consisted only of a large fluffy blanket. There were no sheets. One of the tiles on the bathroom floor was broken. I found it difficult to use.

nice receptionist clean room good shower hard pillow missing sheets hot room
the receptionist were nice and my room were clean and tidy. there was tea and coffee in the room. a kettle. the shower was good and the bathroom presented nicely.
the pillow were rock hard and not comfy at all. the bedclothes only consisted of a large fluffy blanket and were missing sheets. my room felt hot even if it was not outside.
