the location provided effortless access with tram, bus, and train stops nearby. staff greeted us with a refreshing welcome drink upon arrival. i especially appreciated the blackout shutters, they ensured a restful sleep. the beds and pillows were very comfy.
I noticed the desk area was a bit small and lacked dedicated space for food storage. This was a minor inconvenience.

the staff helped me with my suitcase. that was acceptable.
The room was quite small. the shower hose was loose, made showering difficult, and the sheets had some holes in them. a section of the hallway ceiling broke apart, and water came through. I had to move rooms during the night.

i found the room nice. the bed was comfortable and the host was helpful. it was quiet at night i could sleep very well. i liked the welcome tea too, it tasted really nice. the staff was very friendly, they were super helpful .
the desk was small. i had little space for my food.
