The hotel had good connections via tram to the airport. It was very convenient. i also found the breakfast to have a few options. I especially liked the quiche. it was quite tasty!!!
the room i stayed in was a bit small and seemed poorly furnished. the carpet looked old. i also didn't find any electricity sockets close to the bed, inconvenient.

The staff was available 24 hours which was convenient. My room had a kettle. This allowed me to make tea. The room size was nice. The WiFi signal was also reliable.
The sound isolation from the street was not good. There was noise.

The hotel's location suited me well. It was close to many shops. The tram was easily accessible. I found the staff were friendly. I appreciated them helping me with directions. Breakfast had a good selection of items. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. I was allowed to leave my bags before check-in , which was very convenient.
The room needed some redecorating. Some areas looked a bit tired.

the location were good. it was close to everything i needed. the tram was near for getting around, i bought tickets at the hotel. the staff are friendly and helpful too.
the hotel lacked sound proofing. i heard noise from both the street and other rooms. it made sleeping difficult in the room.
