helpful staff convenient tram
the hotel STAFF WERE helpful. they provided Really good service and were always available to assist with any questions or requests. I appreciated the convenient tram stop NEARBY making it EASY to access the city center.
the scrambled eggs at breakfast tasted cold every day. this was the only thing that i found quite BAD.

basic stay near the harbor
metal pegs confusing air conditioning
The location was decent. It was close to the harbor (i could see it from afar).
The room lacked any real storage. There were just some metal pegs for hanging clothes. the air conditioning was confusing (and didn't cool the room enough at night).

super trendy spot with amazing staff!
helpful staff great vibe clean room
I found the staff helpful. Before and , they were always available! there was a great vibe between staff and guests. the area felt safe and cute even late at night. The nearby dining halls made getting a late snack easy. the room was super clean! and the beds were very comfortable.
the check in process was not ideal. i arrived when it was very hot, and i noticed other guests got a glass of water upon arrival, but i did not receive that. also, the room i received was on the first floor, and it wasn't very soundproof. it was difficult to sleep well because of the noise outside!

The staff was always friendly and ready to assist. They provided quick and efficient service. i saw team members managing check-ins and check-outs smoothly. they helped with directions, and recommendations were spot on.
