the air conditioning offered welcome relief during the summer heat. the breakfast buffet included a good variety of options. the proximity to the main station and tram stop made travel very convenient. a functional bar offered snacks and pizza at reception, which saved me time.
The room felt a little petite. Though manageable, there was not a large amount of space.

My room had both a double bed and a single bed. Breakfast included enough choices and the staff helped. The room was of a fine size that allowed me to move around. The hotel is very close to the main station.
The carpet had a stain and wasnt clean.

Breakfast started early, from 6 am and i liked this. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet, it had a good selection. They did not refill everything consistently, yet it remained sufficient and tasty.

the location offered easy access to both the station and the tram lines. the staff were helpful . the luggage room was convenient for storing my bags after checkout.
the room was quite small , with limited space. the shower screen was too small , causing water to spill onto the floor. the choice of breakfast items was limited , not offering much variety.

convenient location secure parking station proximity
i walked from the station to the hotel in just five minutes! exploring little lanes and interesting buildings take about twenty minutes to the centre. the car parking access seemed secure and easy for all!
the air condition did not work properly. it was warm, and this. i wish this issue will be addressed soon!

friendly staff good breakfast
the staff was very friendly. the location was convenient for accessing trams and the train station. bag storage was available which helped a lot after i checked out and wanted to explore the city a bit more. the breakfast had a good selection of items, and the reception staff provided helpful information.
the elevator access with the room key card gave me issues sometimes. it seemed a bit inconsistent, and required multiple tries to get it working. this was inconvenient when i wanted to quickly go to my room after a long day.
