The location was close to the town. Walking along THE beach was LOVELY. The room was quiet and the bed was lovely. I really enjoyed my stay.
The toilet was not cleaned adequately. Rooms were not sound proof! the duvet WAS in a VERY poor state. I was told there was a water leak. I was told to leave.

i found the location convenient with easy access to nearby attractions. my room included crisp, fresh bed linen and towels. breakfast offered a good choice of items and the service was timely. the hotel provided its own car park, a definite advantage.
the carpet in the hallway did appear a bit worn.

The location was excellent, just opposite the Venetian Waterways, so I could watch ducks and geese! Free car parking was a great bonus, very useful. The staff were friendly, they were really helpful too.
The bar wasn't always open, apart from on one occasion.

The owner, Justin, greeted me warmly. He even allowed an early check-in. I had a lovely room with an amazing sea view. The room was clean and had comfy beds, so I rested well (I think the sea air helped!).

Justin. I thought the location was great and it is a lovely hotel with lots of potential. I found the hotel clean, warm and comfortable and an extra heater was in our room before check in.
I felt little cheated. They greeted us with a £5 surcharge for towels that I did not need. Later, they pursued us for the £5. I did pay the surcharge but did not get any towels. I had to search for spare toilet paper because they provided so little in the room.
