i found the staff friendly and helpful. the room had everything needed. i also liked the lovely walk along the river (it was very peaceful).
breakfast was not available. i did not like that it was advertised as a queen bed, yet it was a double bed. the sat nav took us further than we needed.

good experience

convenient locationfully equipped kitchenhigh-quality producestandard double bed
The location was convenient! it allowed for easy access to nearby amenities. my room included a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils. the breakfast was really good, with locally sourced ingredients. I certainly appreciated the high-quality produce.
I was slightly disappointed that the advertised queen bed turned out to be a standard double bed. This affected my sleep quality.
Rooms

The room was spacious and clean, i found this very important. it featured a modern bathroom with excellent water pressure. The design was also pleasing. storage space was sufficient for a longer stay.
Location

the hotel sits near the river nene offering a peaceful atmosphere. access to local shops and restaurants is easy, providing convenience. it is a short drive to larger supermarkets like tesco's and aldi, though the parking was expensive.
Facilities

the grounds were well kept and lush, ensuring a pleasing environment. the facilities included fire pits guests could utilize, though only two loos were available. breakfast was home-cooked, served hot, and available for collection.
