the staff was helpful. the location offered proximity to many shops and restaurants (a real bonus). my room in the basement was surprisingly bright and spacious. i found the breakfast selection great with varied choices.
the shower space felt a bit narrow, but it didn't significantly impact my stay.

friendly staffgreat breakfast variety
i found the staff friendly. the breakfast offered a great variety of choices. the room was clean, from the floors to the bathroom.
The wall-mounted hairdryer could be updated to a newer model. It was a bit outdated.

helpful staffhot tub
the staff was helpful. i asked for extra towels for my room, and they provided them quickly. the hot tub in the bathroom was a FUN bonus after a long day.
the room thermostat seemed centrally controlled SO i could not adjust it as precisely as i wanted.
