the toilet seat was not properly fixed. it was like it could come loose anytime.

the room was clean and tidy. i found the secure car park very reassuring. the hotel also provided tea and coffee in the room. the tv was large and had many apps available.
the bathroom panel was secured with gaffa tape, which didn't look great. the carpet was worn and probably needs replacement. i also noticed the wallpaper was peeling off in some areas (a minor detail, but still noticeable).

the check-in process was fine.
the reception area looked shabby and seemed like improvement work was in progress. i could hear voices in a nearby room laughing and talking loudly very late at night. the thin walls caused me to lose sleep (a hotel should guarantee rest!).
