check-in was quick and easy. food options were available even late at night. the staff was consistently friendly and helpful. i also appreciated the convenient location for exploring nearby attractions.
the air conditioning in my room wasn't quite cold enough for my liking.

fast check-in friendly service renovated room
The check-in process was fast and friendly at the front desk. Our room was on the fourth floor of the South Tower. It was clean and renovated recently so everything looked nice.
The hotel security was difficult to reach by phone. This made resolving issues slower than expected I had to call multiple times to get an answer from them.

disruptive noise smoky smell
the hotel's location proved convenient , providing easy access to fremont street.
the noise from fremont street was quite disruptive , continuing late into the night. requesting housekeeping 24 hours in advance felt inconvenient. i also noticed a stale , smoky smell in the hallways , not exactly pleasant.

great reservations caring experience fun atmosphere strong ammonia cold shower poor soundproofing
ruby at reservations is an absolute gem, she always makes sure our trip goes smoothly. she really cares about our experience and is always there when we need her. we love dining at magnolias, it is a must for us. the atmosphere has a fun and inviting vibe, and we always have such a blast watching people.
We requested a non-smoking room, but we received a smoking room. it smelled strongly of cigarettes and ammonia. This was unpleasant. the shower did not have hot water, a real disappointment. the noise from outside was quite loud. Our windows had poor sound proofing, so music woke us at 8am

The staff was friendly. The location was good for exploring the area
I found the room quite disappointing. The furniture looked very worn and old. I could also hear a lot of noise from outside. Sleeping was difficult. It. I won't stay in that particular room again.
