amazing stay!
super clean room comfy bed helpful staff
the room was super clean upon arrival!!! the beds were super comfy and i slept like a baby every night. the staff was helpful when i needed extra towels.
the elevators were sometimes a bit slow, especially during peak hours, causing some delays getting to my room.

My room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. the daily cleaning service kept everything tidy, a welcome detail. the staff was also responsive to requests for assistance. i appreciated the refrigerator in the room. It helped keep drinks cool.
the ticket sellers near the casino were a bit persistent.

comfortable beds friendly staff smooth experience
the beds were comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. the staff was really friendly and helpful. i found the online experience smooth and efficient. we loved the gym!

The concierge provided helpful directions upon my late-night arrival. He showed professionalism. the front desk staff efficiently handled self-check-in, answering questions well. it was reassuring.

The gym had useful equipment. It included a selection of treadmills and stationary bikes. there is also a large casino inside. the pool area included sufficient space for relaxation and offered good food options.

quick delivery good experience long walk limited staff
the room was clean housekeeping responded quickly when i requested extra blankets. they delivered them in about seven minutes i thought the overall experience was good
check in took more than 40 minutes because only three staff members were available. the parking garage felt far from the rooms it took nearly 12 minutes to walk to my car

Acceptable stay, some issues noticed.
thin walls missing fridge
The absence of a fridge and microwave in the room was frustrating. I had to discard leftovers. A fridge should be standard (at least for basic convenience). the walls seemed thin. I could hear my neighbors, which disrupted my sleep. This lack of soundproofing significantly impacted the quality of my stay.

clean room updated amenities affordable restaurants
I found my room clean and recently updated. The restaurants inside were wonderful and affordable. The tower is a must see. It provides great views of the surrounding area.
