super clean roomcomfy bedhelpful staff
the room was super clean upon arrival!!! the beds were super comfy and i slept like a baby every night. the staff was helpful when i needed extra towels.

My room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. the daily cleaning service kept everything tidy, a welcome detail. the staff was also responsive to requests for assistance. i appreciated the refrigerator in the room. It helped keep drinks cool.
the ticket sellers near the casino were a bit persistent.

the room was clean housekeeping responded quickly when i requested extra blankets. they delivered them in about seven minutes i thought the overall experience was good
check in took more than 40 minutes because only three staff members were available. the parking garage felt far from the rooms it took nearly 12 minutes to walk to my car

The room was very comfy and tidy. I found the pool area pleasant with a shaded area. The staff was helpful and friendly.
My room did not have a coffee maker. I had to pay for coffee downstairs ,at Starbucks. The dining options had limited hours and availability ,with only one or two restaurants open at times. The bed was also very hard.

Acceptable stay, some issues noticed.
thin wallsmissing fridge
The absence of a fridge and microwave in the room was frustrating. I had to discard leftovers. A fridge should be standard (at least for basic convenience). the walls seemed thin. I could hear my neighbors, which disrupted my sleep. This lack of soundproofing significantly impacted the quality of my stay.
